The Charity Objectives.
TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT GOOD HEALTH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, IN PARTICULAR BY: A) RAISING PUBLIC AWARENESS OF MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES AND ACTIVELY WORKING TO COMBAT THE STIGMA AND DISCRIMINATION SURROUNDING THESE ISSUES; B) PROMOTING POSITIVE MENTAL WELLBEING AND EMPOWERING ALL PEOPLE TO LEAD FULL AND INDEPENDENT LIVES AND ENABLE COMMUNITIES, BUSINESS AND PUBLIC ORGANISATIONS TO SUPPORT NEIGHBOURS AND COLLEAGUES AT EVERY LEVEL TO ACHIEVE THIS. C) WORKING TO PROMOTE EQUALITY AND PARITY IN ACCESSIBILITY AND AVAILABILITY BETWEEN PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH CARE
Activity update.
Due to the COVID19 Pandemic, subsequent lock downs and associated changes in trustee circumstances no activities of any kind were undertaken in this, or as reported, in any previous period since incorporation.
It was subsequently decided to close the charity in June 2022 with all trustees resigning, with the exception of Andrew Critchett to oversee closure of the organisation.

For the financial year ended 31 December 2022, the CIO was entitled to exemption from audt under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Trustees responsibilities:
- 1) The members have not required the charity to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476, and
2) The trustees acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
