Activities During the Period** During the reporting period from **01 April 2024 to 31 March 2025** , the charity: - Did **not undertake any charitable activities** - Did **not carry out fundraising activities** - Did **not deliver any programs or services** The trustees took the decision to temporarily suspend operations during this period. ## **2.3. Public Benefit Statement** The trustees confirm that they have complied with their duty under the Charities Act to have due regard to the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit.
