The charity is managed by its trustees, who meet periodically to review activities and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

## **2.1. Charitable Objectives** 

The charity’s objectives are to relief of financial hardship among people living or working in leeds and surrounding areas by providing such persons with goods/services which they could not otherwise afford through lack of means. 

## **2.2. Activities During the Period** 

During the reporting period from **01 April 2021 to 31 March 2022** , the charity: 

- Did **not undertake any charitable activities** 

- Did **not carry out fundraising activities** 

- Did **not deliver any programs or services** 

The trustees took the decision to temporarily suspend operations during this period. 



## **2.3. Public Benefit Statement** 

The trustees confirm that they have complied with their duty under the Charities Act to have due regard to the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit. 

Although no activities were carried out during this period, the charity remains committed to delivering public benefit in line with its objectives in future periods. 

## **3. Achievements and Performance** 

No activities were conducted during the reporting period; therefore: 

- No beneficiaries were served 

- No projects were implemented 

- No measurable outcomes were achieved
