Fundraisin Through its fundraising activities, the Charity primarily arranges OLrtdoor, physical and wellbeing activities including equestrian and Sporting events. The key focus is help young people develop their capabilities through social inclusion and good physical and mental health. Grants and Donations Three limes a year, the Irustees will consider applications to the Charity for grants and donations. Grants are considered under the following criteria-. Grants during the financial year totalled £59,661. Significant grants were to the following beneficiaries.. £5.000 to Ocean Youth Trust for sailing activities for undetprivileged young people £5,000 to STARS who work with young people who have suffered sexual trauma £5,840 for Dorset Children's foundation providing sensory equiptnent to support children with special needs £6,000 to Pavilion Dance Southwesl who provide community dance workshops for young people £5.000 to Livability who assist young people wilh disabilities to provide a new wheelchair buggy £6,000 to Will Mackeness Tnjst who provide water sport opportunities to disadvantaged young people £10.000 to The Drop Inn, Portland who provide a community youth provision £3,300 to the Dorset Practice who provide counselling services to young people £2,500 to St Margrel's Hospice, Sommerset to support their work with young people affected by bereavement The charity also maintained a mobile youth bus.
