**Objects:** THE PROVISION OF A COMMUNITY TRANSPORT SERVICE, FOR SUCH INHABITANTS OF THE STAFFORDSHIRE MOORLANDS AND SURROUNDING AREAS, WHO ARE IN NEED OF SUCH A SERVICE BECAUSE OF AGE, SICKNESS OR DISABILITY (MENTAL OR PHYSICAL) OR POVERTY OR LACK OF AVAILABILITY OF ADEQUATE TRANSPORT SERVICES.

**Activities:** We provide voluntary and community transport to those in need across the Staffordshire Moorlands. We use volunteer drivers who use their own cars to take people to primarily health related appointments, and community transport minibuses to provide transport for local voluntary and community groups.
