**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO 3.1.TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THE CONSERVATION PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE BENNERLEY VIADUCT AND THE SURROUNDING AREA.3.2.TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE CONSERVATION, PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE BENNERLEY VIADUCT AND THE SURROUNDING AREA.

**Activities:** The Friends carry out conservation and improvement on and around the Grade II* listed Bennerley Viaduct on the Derbyshire-Nottinghamshire border.  We inform the public through guided walks, talks, publications, exhibitions, outreach activities, social media and a website. Our work with schools delivers learning about local heritage. We raise funds for conservation and improved access to the site.
