## **Treasurer’s Report LAA 2020-2021**
The accounts were prepared by the outgoing Trustee Elizabeth Cuthbertson and checked by Debra Jameson and Timothy Yapp.
## **Fundraising**
December 2021 we held a very successful Christmas Fair and raised £1325.00. A donation of £250.00 will be made to a local food bank in early 2022. A £500.00 donation was also made to SDCAS. We continued to use our CGS Grant award (£490.79) for our beekeeper who has used this to upgrade our Apiary.
## **Waiting list**
The previous Trustee Group initiated an administrative charge of £10 per 5 years to remain as an associate member on our waiting list. This to date has brought in £484.00.
## **National Allotment Association**
All members are enrolled with NAS membership and their associated and liability insurance.
## **Site Maintenance/Equipment**
We continue to upgrade our site. We are creating a frog bog and carrying out essential maintenance to communal areas.
## **Camberwell Gardeners’ Guild**
CGC are in lease surrender negotiations with Southwark Council and we hope to take over this lease very soon. At the moment we reimburse CGC for rent and water. Lettsom Allotments Association CIO continues to collect rent from our plot members.
