To fulfil this our chariWs aims and objectives are: To provide training to equip churches and organisations with the skllls and knowledge to Incorporate creatlve arts as part of their promotion and expression of the Christian faith to reach outwithin their communities. To provide engaging creativity workshops and 5eminar5, open to all, as a way to learn about the Christian faith and express self- giving creative Pastoral Care to those who would not otherwlse have access to the same due to their social or economlc clrcumstances. To operate both within the UK and internationally in specific areas of need or conflict to relieve trauma and enhance emotional wellbelng through creative art5 and ministry. Constltutlon The charity became re8lstered on l*h December 2019. The chariws governin8 document 15 its constitution, adopted on 18 Decernber 2019. Member5 are Ilsted on the le8al and admint5tratlve detalls on page l. There must be at least 3 charity trustees- although there is no maximum number of trustees permltted. Funds not immediately requlred are placed on bank deposit.

Athlevernents and Oblertives Aprfl 2025- Marth 2026 Created Creative has run a total of 20 sessions in the period April 2025 to March 2026. We have run physical sessions, alongside regular zoom sessions for those overseas, further afield or for those not able to be in a physical group 5ettin& The breakdown of sessions condutted is: 12 open zoom creativity sessions. 3 open outreach creatlvlty craft workshops. 5 Specific church /conference/retreat day& Sessions included: Monthly online creatlvity sessions for people in the UK and overseas. A sesslon Includes worship, sharing of scrlpture, creative starting points, creativity time. feedback. and prayer tlme, April through to March for cirta 10-14 people. A creative day retreat at stanton House, Oxfordshire for circa 10 people, Aprll 2025 Creative sessions at Bucklngham Parish Church have included, a creative women's breakfast for circa 25 people, September 2025. small group sessions for clrca 8 people, a Christmas creativity mornin& for circa 18 people, December 2025 and an Easter creativity mornin& Mard) 2026 for circa 10 people. Diocese of Oxford Clergy Conference, The Haye5, Derbyshire- we ran 2 creative workshops over thelr 33Y conference for clergy to attend, circa 8 people in each seminar, May 2025. Living Brld8e mlnlstry. we helped them run a healin8 throu8h creat5vlty day at Farnham Wineyard Church, Surreyfor circa 18 people, June 2025. The above were supported by a team of volunteers, ranging from 2 to 4 people. We currently have 12 facilitator volunteers.

We have welcomed new people to the se55ions. who have found u5 via word of mouth. or through our website or advertising through Prernier Christian Radio magazines. Group sizes have grown this year and avera8e 10 to 14 people. Living Brldge mlnlstry: we ran a creatlve day with them. The day was well received by the participants and beneficial for improving mental health and well-being. Christmas creativity craft morning at Buckingham Parish Church for the community: We facilitated a morning of Christmas crafts. four of our team led a craft and people rotated around d•fferent activlties. At the end of the financial year five trustees were in place. The trustees are thankful to the volunteers of Created Creative for SUPPOrtlng se5s1ons and for all thelr Input. Durlng the year we have also: Continued to send a monthly inspiration email to oursupporters. Contlnued to have regular prayer meetln8S. Produced a Created Creative calendar to send to our partners and supporters. Continued to advertise our work more widely through Premier Radio magazines. Continued to update our website. Over the coming year our obJertlves to support 8rowth of actlvlty are to: Continue to train and increase the volunteer base. Add new trustees to our board. Continue to run regular 200rn and physlcal sesslons. Continue to update our website. Ensure the sustalnabillty of the charity through relevant flnancial support. Continue to find strategies to advertise our work more wldely. Ensurin8 our work dellvers our alms: Each year we will review our objectives and activities to ensure they continue to reflect our aims. We will refer to the Charity Commlssion's general guidance on public benefit when carryin8 Out thi5 review and when planning our future activltles. The revlew wlll help us to ensure our alm, objectives and artivities remain focused on our stated purpose. Charity law requires the trustees to prepare finan¢ial statements for each financial year which glve true and fair view of the state of affalrs of the charity- In preparing these financial statements, the trustees are required to: Select suitable accounting policies and then apply them consistently, Observe the methods and principles in the Charlties SORP; Make judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent,. State whether applTcable UK Accountin8 Standards have been followed, subject to any material departure disc105ed and explained in the financlal Statements; and Prepare the financial statements on the goin8 concern basis unless it Is inappropriate to presume that the chartty will continue in bu5ines5. The trustees are responsible for keeplng proper accounting records that disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the finantial position of the charity and enable them to ensure that the financial statements comply with the Charlties Art 2011. They are also responsible for safeguardlng the assets of the charlty and hence for taking reasonable steps for the preventlon and detection of fraud and other irregularities.
