which have been prepared on a receipts and payments basis as permitted by the Charities Act 2011.

The Object of the CIO is for the beneflt of the publlc, the advancement of the Christian faith in accordance
with the Statement of Faith primarity through the creative arts.
To fulfil thls our charivs aims and objective5 are:
To provwje trainin8 to equlp churches and or8anlsatlons with the skills and knowledge to Incorporate
creative arts as partof thelr promotion and exp￿ssIOn of the Christian faith to reach out wlthin their
ommunities.
To provide engaglng creatlvity workshops and seminars, open to all. as a way to learn about the
Christian Fdlth and express self- gNlng c￿atIVe Pastoral Care to those who would not otherwise have
acce5S to the same due to their social or economic Clrcumstances.
To operate both within the UK and internatlonally In specific areas of need or conflict to relieve
trauma and enhance emotional wellbein8 through creative arts and mlnistry.
The tharlty became registered on 18 D￿mber 2019. The charitfs 8overnSrg document Is its tonstltution,
adopted on 18 December 2019. Members are Ilsted on the legal and admlnlstrative details on page l. There
must be at least 3 charlty trustees-although there is no maxlmum number of trustees permitted.
Funds not immedi*ely ￿qUI￿d are placed on bank deposit.

The unrestrfrted fvnd represents funds that rnay be applied by the trustees in fulfilment of the general
objectives of the charity.
Achlevements and Obhrtlv•s
Aprll 2024- Marth 2025
Created Creative has run a totsl of 28 sessions In the period April 2024 to Marth 2025. We have run
physical sesslons. alon8side ￿ular zcM)m sessions for those overseas, further afield or not able to be In
physical group setting. The breakdown of sessions conducted is:

Sessions induded:
Bucklngham Parish Church and The Centre (community space), Bucklngham- creattvity outreach
seminar5 {21, circa 10 people at each. November 2024 and February 2025; Chrlstmas craft morning
ft>r circa 24 people. December 2024; Easter crdft momlng for clrca 15 people, March 2025.
Between 2 and 4 of our team ran these events,
Oxford Diocese Lay Ministers conference, Didcot- June 2024 for clrca 24 people. We facllitated 2
semlnars. Two of our team ran these tlmes.
Onllne via zoom- open monthly creatbvity sesslons for circa 6-12 people each month.
Stanton HoLtse, OxfordshI￿- we ran 2 team creative retreat days for clrca 8 people- April 2024
and October 2024.
Creativity session at St Andrev/s Church Oxford women's weekend away, Chesham for circa 12
people-january 2025.
The above were supported by a team of volunteer4 rangin8 from 2 to 4 people. We currently have 12
fdcilltator volunteers.
Highllghts:
Kintsugi Sessions: we ran 2 outreach creative sessions on the tkome of Kintsugi- a Japanese technlque for
repairing pottery wlth seams of gold. These creatlvlty time5 were well re￿Ived and beneficial for improvlng
mentsl health and well-being.
Monthty online zoom sesslons: attendees Joln from across the UK and Intematlonalty. We have welcomed
new people to the sessions. who have found us via word of mouth, or through our website or advertlsln8
through Premier Chrlstian Radio magazines. Group sizes average 6 to 12 people.
Chrlstmas creativity craft morning at Buckingham Parlsh Church: We facilitsted a mornlng of Christmas
crafts, four of our team led a craft and people rotsted around different actfvltie&

At the end of the financlal year flve trustees were In place. The trustees are thankful to the volunteers of
Created Creatlve for Supporti￿ sessions and for all their input.

remain focused on our ststed purpose.

comply with the Charities Act 2011. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the charlty and
hen￿ for taklng reasonable steps for the prevention and detectlon of fraud and other irre8ularitles.

I report on the accounts of the charity for the year ended 31 March 2025 which are Set out on page5 7 to 9.
Respethe responsibilities of trustees and examlner
The trustees are responsible for the preparatlon of the accounts. The trustees ¢Dn5ider that an audit is not
required for thi5 year under section 145 of the Charitie5 Act 2011 Ithe 2011 Artl and that. although not
required. an independent examination is needed.
Having satisfled myself that the charity is not subject to audit under company law and is eligible for
independent examination, it is my responsibility to..
examine the accounts under section 130 of the Act;
follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Charity CoMmi￿10n under
sertion 14515llb) of the 2011 Act: and
state whether partlcular matters have come to my attentton.
Basis of Independe￿ examlner's report
My examination was carried out in accordance with the general Direttions gtven by the Charity Commission.
An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a tomparison of the
a¢¢ounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual item5 or disc105ures in
the accounts. and seeking explanation5 from you a5 trustees tonceming any such matters. The procedures
undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit and Consequent￿ no oplnion
Is given as to whether the accounts present a 'true and fair view" and the report is limited to those matters
set out in the statement below.

In connection wlth my examination. no matter ha5 come to my attention:
