In our pursuit of elevating<br>public appreciation for immersive digital arts,<br>we offer valuable insights and lessons<br>learned from our own endeavours to<br>empower other makers to push the<br>boundaries of their creativepursuits.|

By equipping professionals with<br>the tools and knowledge needed to utilise<br>XR technology, we are pursuing our<br>charitable aims, though this impact can often<br>be hard to judge.<br>We have extended our reach beyond our<br>immediate network to collaborate with other<br>theatre groups and charities, in particular<br>David’s Bad Day, with Fast Familiar, that is<br>currently in pre-production. This collaborative<br>endeavour demonstrates our commitment to<br>community engagement and the<br>development of new artistic ventures. We<br>hope to create a project that resonates with<br>a wide and diverse audience, thus amplifying<br>the collective impact on public benefit.<br>In line with our commitment to fostering<br>innovation and knowledge sharing, our<br>Artistic Director visited the Sheffield Doc|

Our<br>involvement in such events underscores our<br>dedication to enriching the creative and<br>technological landscape for the benefit of<br>both professionals in the industry and the<br>wider public.<br>Our main activities, including providing<br>training, collaborating with other<br>organisations, and sharing insights on XR,<br>are all driven by our commitment to<br>enhancing public benefit through the<br>advancement of the arts, education, and<br>technology. We remain focused on these<br>initiatives and continuously seek new<br>avenues to expand our impact and fulfil our<br>charitable mission.|

|Summary of the main<br>achievements of the charity,<br>identifying the difference the<br>charity’s work has made to<br>the circumstances of its<br>beneficiaries and any wider<br>benefits to society as a<br>whole.|Para 1.20|In this period we presented Circus in a Bottle<br>(CIAB), a live performance which uses<br>augmented reality at Vaults Festival to mixed<br>critical reviews and overall positive audience<br>reviews.<br>Additionally, Trajectory Theatre was the sole<br>producer for a mixed media project for a<br>calligraphist called Soraya. The project<br>Sound and silence shows Arabic calligraphy,<br>a rare form of art, in multiple different<br>iterations through projection screens and in<br>traditional ink on paper. The project in this<br>period was still in its early stages of<br>production.<br>We showed our work IPORB (In Pursuit of<br>Repetitive Beats) in multiple venues across<br>the UK, including Coventry, at London Film<br>Festival, in Cardiff, at the international<br>documentary festival in Amsterdam (IDFA),<br>and South by Southwest (SXSW)<br>We continued research on our Startr project<br>which aims to facilitate onboarding for VR by<br>making the journey of the host as easy as<br>possible.<br>Trajectory worked with Parabolic’s Crypt on<br>helping out with some VR elements of their<br>project Bridge Command- Away Mission VR,<br>fusing gamingtechnologywith theatrical|

performance. This is a location based VR experience inside of the Bridge Command Immersive theatre experience. Trajectory helped deliver Story trails as part of Unboxed: Creativity in the UK festival. This is an immersive project, led by StoryFutures, consisting of seven artworks that help the general public reimagine public spaces in cities across the UK. We also collaborated with Tamasha Theatre for their Digital Research & Development lab, a series where artists from the Global Majority worked to create a new piece of work using a chosen form of technology – all inspired by the theme of Home. We delivered consultation to Young Vic and the National Theatre for their XR projects.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31 March 2023. 

- **Responsibilities and** As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation **basis of report** of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

I have completed my examination.  I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
