## **BRIDGE CHURCH LINCOLN FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2023 TRUSTEES’ ANNUAL REPORT** 

The Trustees have pleasure in presenting their annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2024. 

Bridge Church Lincoln (CIO) is currently inactive. 

The primary reason for this is the delay in transitioning the activities of the existing charity (1052167) to the current CIO – due to complications with our Bank (HSBC). This has been a longstanding issue that we are struggling to resolve as the process of setting up new mortgages in the name of the CIO is proving complicated for HSBC to resolve. 

As such, there are no financial statements to present. We do not want to close down the CIO, as this is our long term intention to operate in this new structure but at present, we ae at the mercy of our existing bankers.
