The Carmel Charity Foundation vision is to improve the lives of children and adults with ill-health, disability or hardship and their families and to enrich the quality of their lives. The Carmel Charity Foundation raises funds and organises projects to benefit children and young adults with ill-health, disability or hardship and their families.

Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Which Are For The Public Benefit, Are Specifically Restricted To The Following :(A) The Relief Of Those In Need Because Of Youth, Age, Ill-Health, Disability, Financial Hardship Or Other Disadvantage Including By (But Without Prejudice To The Generality Of The Foregoing) Providing Specially Designed Or Adapted Housing, Items, Services Or Facilities Calculated To Relieve The Needs Of The Elderly And Other Persons In Need.(b) The Prevention Or Relief Of Poverty By Providing Or Assisting In The Provision Of Education,or Equipment Or Facilities Which Will Have A Positive Impact On The Lives Of People With A Disability Or Hardship And Their Families.(c) To Relieve Sickness And To Preserve The Health Of Persons Generally Including By (But Without Prejudice To The Generality Of The Foregoing) Providing Or Assisting In The Provision Of Equipment, Facilities And Services.(d)such Charitable Purposes For The Public Benefit As Are Exclusively Charitable According To The Laws Of England And Wales As The Trustees May From Time To Time Determine.
