limited to people with pancreatic cancer.
The above object will be achieved by such

providers working with individual
families & groups living with a
diagnosis of cancer. and

Costs were incurred during the period in the
sum of £16,228.28 which included fees to host
a golf day and a winter ball. Merchandise was
purchased for resale and marketing; networking
and administrative costs were also incurred

maintain its profile, raise awareness about
pancreatic cancer and planned fundraising

In the period ended September 2024 the
charity’s fundraising activities included fund
raising through the sale of merchandise and
golf day event, Greek evening, bowling, wine
tasting and a winter ball. The charity provided
grants to charities involved in cancer research.
Distribution of flyers to households in York
helped to increase awareness.
Trustees attended regular business networking
sessions to increase awareness of the
symptoms and impact of cancer.
The Three Bears Foundation continued to be
the resident Charity of four networking groups
and during the period met with approximately
100-150 businesses and individuals during
networking sessions.
