The HBF Charity was only set up in late 2019 and due to Covid was unable to put on the normal festival activities in summer 2020. The Charity did not receive any income from the local Council again due to Covid. It has £1367 in its Bank account that was monies left over from 2019 festival prior to be set up as a Charity.
