Trustees report
The trustees present its annual report and the unaudited financial statements for the year ended 31st DECEMBER
2023.
We are Incredibly proud of the work that we have beeh able to accomplish in the reporting year in reaching out to
local. national and Internatlonal communities as we have sought the promotion of the Christian falth mainly but not
exclusively by advancing education about the values of Christianity and its contribution.
In the reporting yearwe have 39 vide05 that covered a variety of hlstorical topics were created and released via our
online digital platforms. These videos coverèd the time period from the birth of Jesus to 2000AD. These educational
videos arè used in churches, 8ible classes and schools acr055 the country and further afield.
In addition to this WÈ also have worked on the translation of some of ourvideos and were able to release IfXI
videos what were dubbed into a number of other langu3Èes includirtg Spanish and Italian.
Lineage operatès a mentorship programme whereby young videographers and photographers are tralned during
prolects. This took place over a time period of 3.5 Intense weeks of training in Italy. Greece and the USA as well a5
ongoing on a weekly basis throughout the year. The mentorship covered the making of 30 videos in addition to
photography. We were able to continue the development of two persons in this intensive training in 2022.
Llneage conducted fourtraining weekend5 throughout the year (January, February, June. December) in local
churches that focused on understanding our spiritual herltage. knowin8 our history and media training. We had a
combined attendance of 350 at these events which We￿ a combination of virtual and in persc)n. In addition we
conducted a week long education 5emlnar to a wider audience of 400 on the topics of our spiritual heritage.
In addltion to thrs we have rèvamped our websÉte and added addltional readlng resources there to accompany our
video releases.
The board has been encouraged by the generous 5LFPPOrt from members of the publSc who recognise the vision of
Urteage Journey and the importance of providing good educational resources for the younger generations.
The chairperson would like to thank the trustees and volunteers who have worked tirelessly to ensure the chalities
services are Credible and in keeping with the strategic goals as stated.

to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of independent examinerf5 report:
My examlnation was carried out in accordance with the general directions given by the Charity
Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a
comparison of the accounts presented with th05e records. It also In¢ludes consideration of any
unusual Items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanation5 from you as trustees
concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would
be required in an audit. and consequently no opinion is given as to whether the account5 present a
'true and fair Vie￿ and the report is limited to those rnatters set out In the statement below.
