2 Structure, Governance & Management
2.1 Type of Governing Document
Constitution – based on the Charity Commission’s model governing document for Foundation Charitable Incorporated Organisations, i.e.: where the Trustees are the only Members of the charity.
2.2 Charitable Objects
The summary of the purposes as set out in its constitution are to advance the Christian Faith in London for the benefit of the public in particular, but not exclusively, through the holding of Worship services, prayer meetings, public celebrations of religious events, Christian education and evangelism, to enlighten others about the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
2.3 Trustee Selection Methods
There must be at least three charity trustees. If the number falls below this minimum, the remaining Charity Trustees may act to appoint a new Charity Trustee. There is no maximum number of Charity Trustees that may be appointed. A Charity Trustee must be appointed by a resolution passed at a property convened meeting of the Charity Trustees.
In selecting individuals for the appointment as Charity Trustees, the Charity Trustees must have a regard to the skills, knowledge and experience needed for the effective administration of the CIO.

All Charity Trustees must subscribe and adhere to, in belief and lifestyle, the Statement of Faith.
The Spiritual governance and leadership of the Church Fellowship for the purposes of which the CIO has been established shall remain with the Spiritual Leadership. They shall act in accordance with the provisions of this Constitution and in furtherance of the Objects and have the full proper regard to the Spiritual Leadership provided always that they shall not act outside their powers as conferred by this Constitution and by general law
3 Activities, Achievements & Performance
3.1 Statutory Declaration
The Trustees confirm that they have paid due regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit in deciding what activities the charity should undertake.
3.2 Activities, Achievements & Performance
The Summary of the main achievements undertaken by the charity, identifying the difference the charity’s work has made to the circumstances of its beneficiaries and any wider benefits to society as a whole.
The Trustees are pleased to present their annual report together with the financial statement of the charity for the year ended 31 March 2024. The Charity is continually pursuing its objectives.
ADVANCING THE CHRISTIAN FAITH

A. The Regular Sunday service is continuously held at the Free Church Hall, at Northway, London, NW11 6BP, United Kingdom. The Sunday service is also broadcast live on Jesus Saves Ministry Facebook page.

B. The Prayer Meeting is held online every Friday via Zoom and is facilitated by the Spiritual Leaders and members of the church. Every last week of the month, the church holds a corporate prayer and fasting.

C. The Advancement of the Gospel through street evangelism is scheduled on random dates and members go to the street to distribute New Testament Bibles and tracts to people.

D. The Summer family caravan outing was held in Camber Sands, Sussex, on 5-7 July 29 2023. During the event, spiritual workshops and activities were conducted. The purpose of this activity is to build relationships as a family and edify each other in faith.

G . The church hosted the Second Prayer Gathering at Free Church Hall, at Northway, London, NW11 6BP, UK on

19 November 2023. The event was attended by different churches and denominations who gathered to pray together for

the world, the UK government and the church. The purpose of this event is to encourage Christians to unite in touching the world through prayer. We endeavour to host this event every year.

E. The church also began a discipleship training program aimed at equipping all members to be faithful disciples of Jesus and fulfil the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20). Discipleship meetings are held every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursdays.

F. From November 30- December 2023, the church hosted a FIRE UP event, an activity focused on spiritual empowerment and enriching lives with the Word of God through preaching and participation in spiritual activities.

G. The church has started conducting mission outreach in Manchester.

H. The church also has regular Bible Study every Wednesday and facilitated by a leader of the church. This activity focused on encouraging the members to consistently study the Bible to grow in their Christian faith.

HELPING PEOPLE WHO ARE IN NEED

A. The charity is continuing to help members and non-members who have lost their jobs and are struggling to provide their basic needs. During Christmas time, the charity distributed some relief goods to the less fortunate members house to house.

B. The charity regularly checked, communicated and visited members especially those who are sick and in need to give support financially, spiritually and emotionally to strengthen the well-being of the members.
3.3 Trustee Development
Trustees are undertaking charity trustee trainings to enhance their knowledge and skills.
3.4 Looking Ahead
The Charity, by God’s grace will continue to pursue its objectives /mission and vision in the coming year ahead.
4 Financial Review
4.1 Details of Any Funds Materially in Deficit
The Charity has no funds which are materially in deficit.
4.2 Policy on Reserves
The CIO has not been operating long enough to develop an appropriate reserves policy.
4.3 Principal Sources of Funding and Outgoings
The charity’s principal sources of funds come from collected tithes and offerings collected from the members. A basket is placed in the hall for cash and cheques to be donated, which comprised a large proportion of the total funds. This year, some donors contributed through online bank transfers to the charity’s bank account. The total amount collected during this period

I report in respect of my examination of the CIO’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out of my examination, I have followed all the applicable directions by the Charity Commission under section 145(5) (b) of the Act.
