Achievements and Performances
Refurbishment and maintenance work continued to be carried out to the cottages by
the Calverton Almshouses Charity (which will be continued by this charity). The
properties were fully occupied throughout the year.
Duringthe year all the investments and most ofthe funds held were transferred to this
charityfrom the Calverton Almshouses Charity. Both charities share the same
ch8rltable objectives.
Reserves Pollcy
The trustees aim to have a good level ol funding in the Cyclical Maintenance Fund ICMFI
and Extraordinary Repairs Fund IERF).
