Achievements and Pertormances
Refurbishment and maintenance work continued to be carried outto the Cottages by
the Calverton Almshouses Charity (which will be continued by this Continued by this
charity). The properties were fully occupied throughout theyear.
During the year all of the investments and most of the funds held were transfeired to
this charity from the Calverton Almshouses Charity. Both charities share the same
charitable objectives.

The trustees aim to have a good level of funding in the Cyclical Maintenance Fund ICMFI
and Extraordinary Repairs Fund {ERF).
