Refurbishment and maintenancework continued to be carried out to the cottages by
the Calverton Almshouses Charity (which will be continued bythis continued by this
charity). The properties were fully occupied throughout the year.
Duringthe year all of the invesments and most of ihe funds held were transferred to this
charityfrom the Calverton Almshouses Charity. Bolh charities share the same
charitable objectives.
Reserves Pollcy
The trustees aim to have a good levels of funding in the Cyclical Maintenance Fund
(CMFI and Extraordinary Repairs Fund IERFI.
