## **Trustee Report** 

Charity law requires the trustees to prepare statements of accounts for each financial year. In preparing those financial statements the trustees are required to:- 

- Select suitable accounting policies and apply them consistently 

- Make judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent 

- Prepare the financial statements on the ongoing concern basis unless it is inappropriate to presume that the trust will continue to operate. 

The trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records which disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the charity and to enable them to ensure that the financial statements comply with ‘The Charity’ (Accounts and Audit) Regulations 1995. 

## **Trustee Message** 

We are happy to share our annual report for the Breman Africa Youth Foundation. It’s been a year of growth and impact. Thanks to a generous donation, we were able to send a shipment of clothes, dried food, books, and more to the Kumasi Children’s Home. Another key activity was the shipment of medical books to Komfo Anoyke Teaching Hospital. Both donations were warmly received and acknowledged. 

Together, we’ve stayed true to our mission of developing the learning and development of youth and young adults in Breman and surrounding areas. We’ve made a real difference, but there’s still much to do—and we’re excited to keep moving forward. 

A huge thank you to all our trustees, donors, and supporters for their time and generosity. We look forward to continuing this journey together in the year ahead.
