Dear Charity Commission,
I confirm that the Cambridge Girls’ Chess Initiative (CGCI) has been inactive during the financial year ending 30 July 2025.
We have hosted no activities and have not engaged in any fundraising. As a result, we have had zero income and zero expenditure.
The trustees are currently in the process of dissolving the charity.
