**Objects:** TO ASSIST IN THE RELIEVING OF SUFFERING AND DISTRESS AMONGST PERSONS ENDANGERED BY ACCIDENTS OR NATURAL HAZARDS IN THE PEAK DISTRICT'S UPLAND AND MOUNTAIN AREAS, BUT ALSO WITHOUT GEOGRAPHICAL LIMITATION AND TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE SECURE AND EFFICIENT SEARCH AND RESCUE OF ANY PERSONS SO ENDANGERED.

**Activities:** To provide a service to the general public to treat trauma and search for missing persons on the hills, fells and upland areas, primarily, in the Dark Peak. We can also be tasked to assist similar events anywhere in the UK to assist our fellow Mountain Rescue team colleagues.
