Para 1.20 | The 2019/2020 school year has been seriously compromised by the COVID19 pandemic. The Winter and Lent terms were successfully delivered but GAPA was forced to close from 23/03/2020 – 25/09/2020. This meant that students couldn’t take classes, prepare for and take exams, or rehearse for and perform in shows. Some online delivery was possible, and some fun online activities were arranged and provided. These were mainly for retention purposes. |

Para 1.21 | Because of the COVID19 pandemic and being forced to close for 6 months, the charity finished the period in deficit. It was not possible to collect tuition fees for 6 months and student numbers dropped because of parent job losses. |
