The work of Rhea Ministries is founded on relationship to ensure that the work we do has ongoing and lasting impact. We believe that the gospel is declared through the proclamation of the Word of God and through the love and care we show to others. We fulfil this call by teaching the Word and caring for those in need through the relief of poverty, the provision of education, training, healthcare projects and other support that enables individuals to live free and self-sufficient lives. FOR WATERS BREAK FORTH IN THE WILDERNESS, AND STREAMS IN THE DESERT; THE BURNING SAND SHALL BECOME A POOL, AND THE THIRSTY GROUND SPRINGS OF WATER; ISAIAH 35:6 REGISTERED CHARITY NUMBER: 1186832 2024/25 RHEA MINISTRIES ## **INCOME AND EXPENDITURE HIGHLIGHTS** In 2024/25, both income and spending on charitable activities decreased ## INCOME: **£159,138 to £152,772** EXPENDITURE: **£165,410 to £158,921** There was a deficit in the year of £6,148.94. This deficit was covered by previous reserves. Unrestricted cash reserves held at the year-end amounted to £655.49. **£68,934** was sent directly to projects in Pakistan **£71,527** was spent on pastoral and administrative support for these projects **----- Start of picture text -----**

## **OUR GLOBAL REACH** The goal of Rhea Ministries is to support the global church. This could be on our doorstep or the other side of the world. We seek God for open doors where we can genuinely partner with people. Our resources, both in terms of personel and finances will always limit our reach, but we also believe that God will abundantly provide for all that He calls us to do. In this year we expand our impact to India. REGISTERED CHARITY NUMBER: 1186832 2024/25 RHEA MINISTRIES ## **RHEA:HOPE** Project Exodus Rhea Ministries continues to support this important work of releasing families from slavery in the brick kilns of Pakistan. The work involves identifying the family, paying the release price, finding them a place to live and providing them a way of making a living. An important part of the work is also how we integrate the freed family into a local church community, and to provide ongoing pastoral support to help them adjust to this new life. This support can go on for many years, so part of the work of Project Exodus is developing the team that can provide this. In 2024/25 we were able to release 9 families. REGISTERED CHARITY NUMBER: 1186832 2024/25 RHEA MINISTRIES ## **RHEA:HOPE** New Hope Public School We continue our work with this school in the Thar desert in the Sindh Province of Pakistan. It is a school for the marginalised and persecuted Hindu Community there. The Hope for the Nation School provides a good education to 130 Hindu children, whilst raising awareness in the local community of the importance of education. We continue to build a strong team of teachers and administrators to support the school and are looking to God for opportunities to increase the impact of this work. REGISTERED CHARITY NUMBER: 1186832 2024/25 RHEA MINISTRIES ## **RHEA:FAITH** Pastor Support Programme In February 2025 we were able to support a team to visit Kolkata, India, where they worked with a local church network to run a Pastors’ Conference and to visit three villages to run a ministry and feeding programme for the local community. The communities visited are quite remote and deprived, so being able to bless them with the gospel and some food is our priviledge. It was a great opportunity for the team also with two younger members who had never been on a trip like this before. As part of the ongoing work in Pakistan we continued to support Pastors and churches through pastoral care and financial provision. This also included feeding programmes at key points of the year. The support from Rhea Ministries helped to fully fund the conference for around 60 pastors and to bless them with a small gift. We believe this work is so important in encouraging the work of the church in India and to help disciple believers. REGISTERED CHARITY NUMBER: 1186832 2024/25 RHEA MINISTRIES ## **RHEA PARTNERSHIPS** An important part of the work of Rhea Ministries is how we connect with other groups and churches to support the ministry and jointly build the Kingdom of God. In 2024/25 we were able to continue to build relationships across the US. In particular in Kentucky and Florida. We were also able to connect with the ARC (Association of Related Churches) Network when Pastor Kenny was able to attend their conference in Dublin, Ireland. This was a great opportunity to develop relationship that we hope will benefit the Kingdom in the future. This partnership has led to the Pastors of Bridge Church, Bradenton Florida coming to speak to the inaugural Rhea:Life conference in September 2025. Host the first Rhea:Life Conference in September 2025 in Oakhampton, Devon.
