Prlnclpal fundlng The principal funding sources for the charity al present are the rents for tenancies and accommodation wthin Fairbome Hous¢ and Ortingbvry House, and the payments mado by tenants for Iheir support. The rents for th8 tenancies held by people with loaming disabilities are paid through housing benefft, and the supp¢Jrt payments ar? funding via direct payments to the tenants Irom the social service departments of their funding authoritie8.
