Section E Summary of the main objectives /achievements of the charity
One of our key objectives moving forward is to operate more effectively and consistently , ensuring our services remain impactful, accessible, and responsive to the needs of the community.
A major part of this vision involves securing a permanent physical location for our operations. Having a dedicated space will allow us to provide a stable, welcoming environment where individuals can access support, attend programmes, and connect with our team with greater ease and confidence.
This step will significantly enhance our visibility, availability, and long-term impact within the community.
In parallel, we recognise that sustainable funding is essential to making this vision a reality. That’s why applying for and securing funding has become a core strategic priority for the charity in the new year.
We are pleased to share that we have already secured some funding , with more applications underway. These successes will be reflected in next year’s annual report and will play a critical role in supporting our operational goals, programme delivery, and future growth.
