## Wark Recreatonal Charity  (WRC)  year ended 30 th November 2020 

The objective of Wark Recreational Charity is to provide sporting, recreational and social amenities and facilities for the village of Wark-on-Tyne and to welcome those rural areas outside the parish to avail themselves of the same. 

Like many other organisations WRC’s activities were severely constrained by the effect of the sensible and necessary restriction that were imposed during the Covid 19 epidemic and it became impossible to  pursue the objectives in a meaningful way.  Where possible continuing maintenance was carried out to ensure that when restrictions were relaxed some return to normal could be  attained.
