**Objects:** TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT WITHIN CHADDESLEY CORBETT AND THE SURROUNDING AREA BY RELIEVING THE NEEDS OF THOSE PEOPLE WHO ARE SOCIALLY ISOLATED AS A RESULT OF OLD AGE; ILL HEALTH (PHYSICAL OR MENTAL) OR BEING A CARER, AND ASSISTING THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN WHICH THEY CAN MEET TO UNDERTAKE CREATIVE, PHYSICAL OR RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES, SUPPORT EACH OTHER SOCIALLY AND IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.

**Activities:** The Charity provides a place for the elderly, sick or disabled to meet for companionship and entertainment for two hours every month.  We also take some on an annual outing to a local place of interest.  We provide information about services available to help them and work with the local medical practice on social prescribing.  We also offer exercise classes for the over 50s.
