SUCH FACILITIES AND SERVICES MAY INCLUDE SPECIAL FACILITIES AND SERVICES FOR PERSONS WHO BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, POVERTY OR SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES MAY HAVE NEED OF SPECIAL FACILITIES AND SERVICES; AND/OR(2) TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR ISLE OF WIGHT RESIDENTS AND MEMBERS OF ISLE OF WIGHT BASED TEAMS OR CLUBS TO TAKE PART IN ICE SKATING ACTIVITIES AND ASSOCIATED ICE-BASED SPORTS ON THE ISLE OF WIGHT OR ELSEWHERE.(3) SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES BENEFICIAL TO THE COMMUNITY CONSISTENT WITH THE OBJECTS ABOVE AS THE DIRECTORS SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE.

**Activities:** Wight Ice Leisure supports ice skaters living on the Isle of Wight to take part in ice skating activities at mainland ice rinks. Currently this is financial support towards the travel costs of ice skaters. Ultimately, we would like to be able to contribute towards the costs of providing local ice skating facilities.
