**Activities:** To advance the Catholic Religion mainly in Chinhoyi, Gweru, Masvingo, Gokwe, Mutare and Hwange, Zimbabwe for the benefit of the public through the provision of grants, bursaries or scholarships. To hold religious ceremonies and helping formation for priests and the Religious and poverty alleviation amongst the poorest communities.
