**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE:(1) TO PROMOTE THE CONSERVATION, REPAIR, MAINTENANCE, IMPROVEMENT, UPKEEP, BEAUIFICATION AND RECONSTRUCTION OF ST. LAURENCE CHURCH, CHORLEY AND OF MONUMENTS, FITTINGS, FIXTURES, STAINED GLASS, FURNITURE, ORNAMENTS, ORGANS, BELLS IN SAID CHURCH THROUGH IT'S SUPPORT OF THE WORK OF THE PAROCHIAL CHURCH COUNCIL.(2) SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AS ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE FOR THE PUBLIC OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF CHORLEY.

**Activities:** Friends of St Laurence Church, Chorley, aim to bind Church and Community together. 2020 was a challenging year however we maintained communications with the Community by issuing newsletters and emails to Friends; arranging a series of Concerts (curtailed); producing a book, 'Chorley, St Laurence', The story of a Parish Church; and maintaining a Website and Social Media platforms.
