Structure: 

The day to day running of the charity and the delivery of its services is managed by the Chief Executive who reports to the trustees both at meetings and by exception should an event arise that requires a decision by the trustees between meetings. 

Trustees: 

Apart from the first charity trustees, every trustee must be appointed by a resolution passed at a properly convened meeting of the charity trustees. In selecting individuals for appointment as charity trustees, the charity trustees must have regard to the skills, knowledge and experience needed for the effective administration of the CIO.

The charity's main objectives during this year assisting families with young children to ensure connection and parent support. 

Activities included: group walks and activities; offering family therapy consultations on line; on line courses on 'systemtic approaches' to viewing your family; peer support telephone.
