Structure: 

The day to day running of the charity and the delivery of its services is managed by the Chief Executive who reports to the trustees both at meetings and by exception should an event arise that requires a decision by the trustees between meetings. 

## Trustees: 

Apart from the first charity trustees, every trustee must be appointed by a resolution passed at a properly convened meeting of the charity trustees. 

In selecting individuals for appointment as charity trustees, the charity trustees must have regard to the skills, knowledge and experience needed for the effective administration of the CIO. 

2024 Aim: The overall aim of the charity for this year was to continue to develop funds such that we can broaden the number of offers we are able to make.  The economy remains a challenge in this respect. 

2024 Objectives: Continue to liaise with local businesses to provide low cost access for small groups of parents to socialist together; continue to offer support sessions via zoom; meet in outdoor spaces in small groups; meet with partner organisations to share resources and findings about third sector and opportunities.
