The day to day running of the charity and the delivery of its services is managed by the Chief Executive who reports to the trustees both at meetings and by exception should an event arise that requires a decision by the trustees between meetings.

The charity's main objectives during this year was to support members and new comers to positively manage the impact of covidd on their family situation.
Activities included: offering a zoom drop in each week; offering family therapy consultations on line; weekly group meetings on a parenting topic; on line courses on 'systemtic approaches' to viewing your family; peer support telephone; socially distanced meet ups.
