## **HAMSTERLEY COMMUNITY SPORTS ASSOCIATION** ## **ANNUAL REPORT 2022** The Hamsterley Community Sports Association (“HCSA”) and its working group, in partnership with the Hamsterley Parish Council, has continued to make efforts to progress the tennis court refurbishment project in 2022. During 2022 we continued to progress the project, updating offers from contractors, addressing permits, planning permission and building controls, and continuing to progress the funding. The award from Teesdale AAP became real, and Hamsterley Parish Council granted the project a conditional pledge of £30,000, enabling the project to progress further with full funding secured. The HCSA team is targeting to commence construction in 2023.
