**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS: TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION BY PROVIDING FACILITIES TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SPORT OF BASKETBALL AND TO GAIN QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE IN BASKETBALL IN ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ROLES; PLAYER, REFEREE, OFFICIAL, OR COACH. FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS CLAUSE "FACILITIES" MEANS LAND, BUILDINGS, EQUIPMENT AND ORGANISING SPORTING ACTIVITIES.

**Activities:** The charity promotes community participation in healthy recreation by (but not limited to);1) providing facilities to participate in the sport of basketball;2) provide experience in the roles of player, referee official and coach for the above sport;3) helping individuals to gain qualifications in the sport.
