## **Report of Independent examiner re financial records for period ending August 312021** 

I have carried out an examination of the available documents namely bank statements, cheque and paying in books, receipts etc before drawing up an attached Income & Expenditure account for period ending August 31[st] 2021. I have been unable to do a full bank reconciliation and I have separated the various accounts re Heritage Lottery, Awards for All etc as they are being monitored and supervised by the appropriate organisations 

I would make the following observations: 

1. The Treasurer has kept a good record of all financial transactions during the year. 

2. The club is in a good financial state and I congratulate those involved in securing all the grants to progress the club’s obvious ambitions and extend best wishes to the club for the future.
