The trustees have adopted the provisions of Accounling and Reporting by Charities.- Statement of Recommended Practic8 applicable to Charrties preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Repong Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland IFRS 102) (Effective 1 January 2015). OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES Objectlve and a5ms. The primary objective of the Parish shall be to promote the do¢trln8s and beliefs of the Indlan Orthodox religion and to propagate Christianity in accordance with the objectives and tenets of the Indian Orthodox church. Main activities to maintain places of regular common worship and prayer, and for instrudion in the faith of the Church, in ils tradition, history. in accordance with the Apostolic and ancient tradillons of the Indian Orthodox Church and subject to the aulhority of the Holy Episcopal Synod of the Indian orthodox Church. The trustees have considered the Charity Commission's guidance on public benefit, including the guidance- Public Benefit.. Running a Charity (PB2} Slgnlflcant Actlvltles 11 Wornhlp & Pastoral Care We organized both regular and special communal worship and prayer 8es81ons throughout the year. Holy Qurbana Seprfices, Conducted on the First Sunday and third Sunday of every month. Our parish also continues the tradition of Conduding special services during Christmas and Holy Week each year, providing meaningful opportunities for spiritual refiection and community worship. 2) Spiritual Organizatlon8 a. Sunday School (Blble Class) Sunday School classes from year 1 to year 10 is conducted at the parish before the Holy Qurbana, helps our young ones grow in faith, understand our rich traditions and 5a¢raments, and walk closely with our Lord. On 5th October 2024, our Sunday School successfully organized the Orthodox Vacation Blb16 School (OVBS) Students also took part in the Sunday sd01 Talent Day with great enthusiasm. The winners went on to represent our parish at the Zonal Talent Day competitions.

Malankara Orthodox Morthmariam Samajam Iwomen's Wlng) MOMS MOMS held their monthly meetings on the second Saturday of each month. This year, members actively partirApated in the annual conference held in Bimilngham and organized an international lour to Portugal, which was well-received by members. MOMS played a vital role in church events. Also, MOMS members appearad for the UK, Europe & Africa Diocese Annual Exam 2024 and passed with Ilying colours. demonstrating their commitinent to spiritual grovAh and learning. c. Youth Movement A youth group is being formed in our church. As we are a small community, providing a plaffomi for spiritual discussions, fellowship, and oUta¢h activitias 3) Other Ev•nts Famlly day out This year. the parish organised a picnic to Norwich Cathedral and Great Yarmouth Bèach on 25th August 2024. It vms a Joyful day of fe51owship and fun, with around 50 participant8, including children. b. St.Mary's Feast Our parish joyfully celebrated the Feast of St. Mary on Saturday, 318t August, and Sunday, 1 st September. The celebration began with Evening Prayer and a Gospel message on Saturday, followed by Ihe Holy Qurbana, Rasa and a tradth'onal Fests'val ONAM Sadya (Dinner) on Sunday. c. Harvest Festlval Through the auction event. we succe88hJlly raised the fund for the parish. d. Sunday school central Zone Talent Show.. This year, our parish had the honour of hosting the Sunday School Zonal Talent Day on 29th June 2024. we were blessed lo have our Diocesan Metropolttan, join us for the Zonal Sunday School Talent Show. Chrlslmas Carol Our parish Christmas Carol team visrted the homes of parish members on Decernb8r 13th and 21st, sweading joy and festive cheer. The Carol rounds also helped raise the fund for the church. f. Malankara Maha Sangamam Our parish was honored to take part in welcoming His Holiness Baselios Mar Thoma Mathew8 111, the Catholicos, during hi5 Vlslt to the UK for the Malankara Maha Sangamam. It was a blessed and memorable occasion for all who attended on 25th May 2025 g. Charlty Actlvltles We &ngage in various land of charitable activities for the communiti'es to add8$ any medical concerns and other humanitarian needs.
