Activities

Stable Lives provides support to military veterans, blue light workers, young people and their families who are dealing with the effects of exposure to mental trauma. We use land based activities and teach people how to interact with horses rehabilitated from physical and mental abuse to rebuild confidence, self esteem and self worth, this is done within respite days and courses.

Objects: The Relief Of Those In Need, By Reason Of Their Age Group, Ill-Health (Including Physical Or Mental Health), Disability, Social Or Financial Circumstances, Occupation Or Some Other Disadvantage, And Their Families And Carers, Through (Without Limitation) The Provision Of Courses, Programmes And Other Activities Which Utilise Equine Assisted Learning/personal Development To Improve Their Personal, Learning, General Interaction And Life Skills, Their Confidence And Self-Esteem And Their Capacities And Capabilities, In Order To Improve Their Quality Of Life And/or Enable Them To Better Participate In Society.
