Apart from the first charity trustees, every trustee must be appointed [for a term of [four] years] by resolution passed at a properly convened meeting of the charity trustees.

In selecting individuals for appointment as charity trustees, the charity trustees must have regard to the skills, knowledge and experience needed for the effective administration of the CIO.

Aims and objectives

To advance the education of school age children in the Dhading Besi region of Nepal in such ways as the trustees see fit, in particular but not exclusively by the provision of grants to provide school lunches and other health and well being programmes.
