Accessible Prophecy CIO

Trustees Annual Report from 01.06.24 to 31.05.25

Charity registration number: 1186574

Board of trustees: Steven McMurray Catherine Livesey Emma Thompson Paul Goodson St.John Livesey Philip Hinton

Objectives Our aims, as set out in our constitution are:

To advance the Christian religion by raising awareness of religious beliefs and practices for the public benefit, by providing education and training amongst church communities.

Our objectives and activities are set to reflect our aims. Our core objectives are:

1. To provide excellent coaching, training and resources for Christians in order for them to learn about, and experience, listening prayer and prophecy.

2. To support churches as they seek to develop a healthy and biblical prophetic culture.

As we continue to work towards these objectives we are developing a growing network of Christians who are being strengthened in their faith and who are better equipped to make their local communities places of peace, justice and reconciliation.

Activities and Achievements

The charity carries out a wide range of activities in pursuance of its charitable aims. The trustees have considered the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit, in particular the specific guidance on the advancement of religion, and consider that these activities, summarised below, provide benefit, both to church members and the wider community.

Coaching

Our main training vehicle continues to be our coaching huddles. These are online cohorts of up to 6 people. Most huddles last one year and follow an in-depth curriculum. We offer Year 1, Year 2, and Year 3 huddles.

We currently have more than 40 trained Accessible Prophecy coaches in 9 countries, with more people waiting to be trained. Our coaches are working across many different denominations. We offer ongoing support to our coaches through regular ‘coaching catch-up’ Zoom calls.

We are able to provide free or subsidised coaching to individuals who otherwise would not be able to afford the training.

We also offer shorter-term training cohorts focused on:

- Leadership Coaching on Prophetic Culture

- The Prophetic Call to Social Justice

- Prophetic Art: Listening & Creating

- Discerning Together: equipping church leadership teams in decision making

- Holy Disruption: Harnessing the Prophetic to Shape a More Christlike Church (based on Catherine Livesey’s book _Holy Disruption_ ).

We have also started a coaching cohort for Malaysian business leaders and a coaching cohort for Anglican bishops.

A testimony from the Prophetic Art course:

I can very much recommend joining a prophetic art cohort. I needed to join with other people who had experience in connecting art and being a Christian in a sound and biblical way. The teaching is high quality, down-to-earth and relaxed. It has been well prepared and is easy to apply in everyday life. It has been a blessing for me to get to know the people running the coaching and learn from their experience.

A Testimony from a huddle participant:

I was so pleased that I accepted the opportunity to be part of an Accessible Prophecy huddle and the very rich learning experience that came from being part of a group of folks who were keen to grow in the prophetic. Our huddle coach was just the right person to take us on this journey: her love of God, her passion for the prophetic ministry and her desire to help each of us in the huddle to grow spiritually obvious. We were loved, encouraged and stretched. We laughed, prayed, practiced, discussed, explored, felt safe to be real with our doubts and questions and gradually grew in confidence. This experience has been a wonderful gift.

## Workshops/Conferences/Webinars

We are delighted to have had the opportunity for a number of in-person events alongside online workshops and webinars. We have been able to offer these events as a means of resourcing people, churches and networks.

In July 2024 Catherine Livesey had the opportunity to visit Denmark, speaking and leading workshops at the ‘Danish Oases’ summer camp in Jutland. This visit was also an opportunity to invest in our Danish team, spending valuable time with the team members.

In March 2025 Catherine Livesey visited Adelaide and Melbourne, Australia, to deliver a number of training events. This included the second National Gathering for AP Australasia, as well as opportunity to invest in the Australian team.

As a team we are very clear on our shared ethos and training objectives, so wherever in the world people are accessing Accessible Prophecy events they will be getting the same high-quality teaching.

Regional Teams We have regional teams established in:

The UK & Ireland The United States Canada Denmark The Netherlands The Balkans Australia New Zealand Malaysia

The CEO provides ongoing support, vision, and direction to the team leaders through regular calls and huddles.

In July 2024 we held a three day ‘Global Gathering’ for our team leaders in Sheffield. This was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the work of Accessible Prophecy across the globe, build relationships, invest in our key people and facilitate strategic planning.

In April 2025 we held an online ‘Community of Practice’ for all our teams.

We run a monthly ‘catch-up’ call for team leaders on Zoom.

## Content

One of our priorities is to provide churches with excellent resources for spiritual development.

The book _My Sheep Have Ears_ is our primary resource and continues to receive great feedback. It has been translated into Dutch and Serbian. We also have the _Prophetic Lifestyle Course_ available.

Catherine Livesey’s book _Holy Disruption: Harnessing the Prophetic to Shape a More Christlike Church_ came out in September 2022 and continues to receive excellent reviews.

We have a podcast: The Prophecy Project, hosted by Chris Wanstall and Andrew Hill in Australia.

We also run the ‘Accessible Prophecy Network’ – an online community (free of charge) for huddle alumni and other people who have been through our training. Each month we explore a different theme and post videos, prayer exercises and discussion questions. The Network provides a great way for people to stay connected with our work and deepen their faith journey.

## Our finances

The Receipts and Payments account shows receipts of £17,913 and payments of £15,139. We also carried forward £21,236 from the previous year. This will be retained to ensure a reliable cashflow into next year.

Our principal source of funds are our coaching huddles.

## Structure, governance and management

The method of appointment of trustees is set out in the Accessible Prophecy CIO constitution.

The trustees meet four times a year. Steve McMurray is the chair. The charity has two employees. Catherine Livesey is the CEO, responsible for leadership of the central team, the coaches and content production. Carolyn Kinsman is the accounts manager.

Catherine Livesey and her husband StJohn Livesey are trustees of Accessible Prophecy CIO. As set out in the constitution, they are a minority of the trustees and are absent during discussions of her terms of employment.

## Summary

Accessible Prophecy CIO has continued a steady expansion and consolidation of its work in nine regions around the world. We remain focused on providing excellent coaching, training and resources for Christians, alongside supporting churches as they seek to develop a healthy and biblical prophetic culture. We look forward to continuing our work next year.
