Sadly, the pandemic forced the closure of the centre to the public for the whole of 2020 but trustees and volunteers continued to work on research for future exhibitions in the centre. Various maintenance projects were carried out to ensure that the building was well looked after. Trustees met to consider and plan future exhibitions and the re-opening of the centre. Trustees had due regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit.
