## **Trustees’ Annual Report** 

Objectives and Activities 

Open Aerial is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) established to make aerial arts accessible to all. The charity aims to provide opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds to experience and participate in aerial arts, promoting health, confidence, and creativity. 

## **Achievements and Performance** 

During the year, the charity’s focus was on building its fundraising base and ensuring compliance with Charity Commission requirements. Income was received primarily through online fundraising platforms such as JustGiving and Charities Trust. No charitable expenditure was made during the financial year as the trustees are building reserves to support future activities and programmes. 

## **Financial Review** 

The charity’s total income for the year was £486.82, with expenditure of £75.00 (bank charges). This resulted in a net increase of £411.82 in funds. The year-end closing bank balance as at 31 March 2025 was £5,939.00.
