2. Structure, governance and management

regularly lo review ministry actiwty. safeguarding. financial controls and compliant%. Key decisions
are recorded in trustee minutes. Trustees ensure appropriate oversight of financial administration,
including review of bank re(xJnciliatr"ons. and del￿tion of administrative dutte8 where necessary.
3. Objectlves and actlvliles (Includlng publlc bonefft)
The charty exists to advance the Ch￿tran fath and to reli8ve poverty and need through evangelistlc
outreach. tralning and discipl8$hip, prison ministry, and pradlcal support for people exp8rlen¢ing
homolessness and addiction. Trustee5 thoy have had due regard to the Charity
Commission's guidance on public benefft, and have planngj adiviti8S to deliver measurable benefft
to the public through freo gospel outreach events. communlty supwt, and training made available to
churches and vdunteers.
4. Achlevem•nts and perfomianco
During the year ended 05 April 2025. The Charge Ministries expanded its evangell8tlc and training
activity across the United Kingjom and intemationalty. Core workstwms Induded prison ministry,
cNsade evangelism, street outreath training for churches, partnership Mi￿lOn5 and evangellst
trainln9.
4.1 Prfson mlnlgtry (UK and ovorgoas)
The charity conducted appr0￿MatelY preathing visils in prlgons In Wales during the year,
alongside associated evangelist￿ f￿1￿￿-UP arKI supp￿ The charity also Tyeached in a prison during
its mission in Uganda, strengthening local ministy partnerships and 8ftL￿ragIng faith communities
serving in Custodial seth'ngs.
4.2 Internatlonal •vangellsm and crusades
Uganda.. The charity partiapated in a sixrflay evangelistic CTusade in Uganda. preaching the gospel
wblicly across multi￿8 days and locations. arKI viilh kxsl d)urche5 to encwrage sustained
dlscipleship. mar￿don1a'. The Gharity continued to build on the Crusade work intbated in 2024. During
the year, trmo ¢rusade cthches were uTrJertaken in Mace(k)nia. with ministry teams preachin9
publidy. strengthening church unty. and trainirYJ bebievers in eva￿diSm.

7. Plans for tho future
7.1 Expansion of Balkan mbssions and (¥usades'. The dlarity expeds continued arml multiplied
outreach into ma￿lonia, Croaba. Bulgaria, Slovenia and other Balkan nalk)ns, wllh multsple trips
planned and further development of relationships and local pathorships.
7.2 Stage purchase and sustainabilty: The charity intends to raise fur￿$ to purchase a portable stage
from Germany (target budget.. just under £100.(￿}. The stage will be used to support crusades and
gospel events, and will also underpin a sustainatmlty strategy by b8ing made available for hire to
other churches. chariti8s and ministries, generab.ng charitable in(x)me to supwrt the charity's objects.
7.3 Evangelism camp in Macthia: Building on th8 SchoL4 of Evangelism and Prayer. the
charity is developing a dedicated boot camp for evangelLsts in Ma(*donia. wilh the alm of equipping
teams for outroach across the Balkan region.
7.4 Homelessness and mercy CAJtr8ach'. The thanty will further develop homeles$ness (wtreach and
feeding programmès, indudiro seasonal winter response and ongoing weekly provision, wllh an

7.5 Pre-hab and detox pathway.. The charity WIN progress lunding applutions and partnerships to
launch pre-hab preparation homes arKI the ambulatory detox pathway, enabling safe detox and
transrtion into parb)er rehabilitation {￿tr￿.
