## 1. Introduction 

The Charge Ministries is a Christian charity dedicated to promoting the Gospel in Wales, the UK, and internationally. Our mission is to bring the message of Jesus Christ to individuals and communities through: 

- Street preaching and evangelism 

- Large-scale crusade events 

- Prison ministry 

- One-on-one outreach and discipleship 

- Church training and development 

- Supporting and funding other Christian NGOs 

Throughout 2023 and 2024, we have been deeply engaged in evangelistic work across Wales, partnering with churches, NGOs, and ministries that share our vision. Our work has included public outreach, large-scale evangelistic crusades, and ministry efforts with the homeless, ex-offenders, and individuals seeking transformation through faith. 

This report has been created by and agreed to by trustees Clyde Thomas and Aiden Thomas, ensuring that it reflects the collective mission and vision of The Charge Ministries.

## 3. Objectives and Activities 

Evangelism and Outreach in Wales 

Our core objective is to bring the Gospel to the people of Wales, ensuring that communities across the nation hear the life-changing message of Jesus Christ. Our key areas of focus include: 

• Street Preaching & Evangelism – Engaging in street outreach across Welsh towns and cities, proclaiming the Gospel in public spaces. 

• Large-Scale Crusades – Organizing and supporting mass evangelistic events, where thousands gather to hear the message of salvation. 

- Church Training & Development – Equipping local churches in Wales with 

- evangelism resources and training programs. 

• Supporting Christian Ministries & NGOs – Financially and practically assisting evangelistic efforts, including prison and homeless ministries. 

• One-on-One Discipleship & Support – Ministering to individuals, particularly the homeless, ex-offenders, and those overcoming addiction. 

## 4. Key Activities in 2023-2024 

Street Outreach Across Wales 

We have conducted extensive street preaching and evangelistic outreach in numerous Welsh towns and cities, including: 

- Public preaching in marketplaces, town squares, and high streets. 

- One-on-one evangelism, sharing the Gospel personally with individuals. 



- Distribution of Christian literature and Bibles to those seeking spiritual guidance. 

Large Staged Crusade Events 

Our large-scale crusades in Wales and beyond have seen thousands respond to the Gospel. These events featured: 

- Dynamic Gospel preaching. 

- Worship and powerful testimonies. 

- Prayer and opportunities for individuals to commit their lives to Christ. 

- Follow-up discipleship programs for new believers. 

## International Missions 

In addition to our work in Wales, The Charge Ministries has expanded its mission efforts globally, engaging in evangelistic outreach in: 

- Macedonia – Conducting outreach events and partnering with local churches. 

- South Africa & Other African Nations – Supporting evangelism efforts and church 

growth. 

- The Philippines – Hosting crusades and training local evangelists. 

- Italy & Europe – Strengthening evangelistic networks and supporting churches. 

## Prison Ministry 

We have partnered with prison chaplains and ministries in Wales and the UK, bringing the hope of Christ to inmates through: 

- Gospel services and discipleship programs. 

- Spiritual mentorship and rehabilitation support. 

- Bible distribution and prayer meetings within correctional facilities. 

Homeless Outreach & Rehabilitation Support 

Operating across Wales, our homeless outreach initiatives have provided: 

- Food and clothing for those in need. 

- Spiritual support, prayer, and counseling for individuals facing hardship. 



- Connections to Christian rehabilitation programs, offering pathways to 

- transformation. 

Equipping and Training Churches in Wales 

We have actively trained and equipped churches to be more effective in evangelism by offering: 

- Workshops and seminars on outreach strategies. 

- Evangelism resources and materials for church leaders. 

- One-on-one mentorship and discipleship programs to empower church members.

The Charge Ministries is committed to serving communities by promoting the Christian faith and providing tangible support to those in need across Wales and beyond. 

Our work benefits society by: 

- Offering hope and rehabilitation to those struggling with addiction, homelessness, 

- and crime. 

- Providing spiritual support for prisoners, contributing to personal transformation 

- and reduced reoffending rates. 

- Equipping churches and Christian leaders in Wales to engage in effective 

- outreach and community impact. 

• Engaging in public evangelism, allowing individuals to explore faith and pursue positive life changes.

Looking ahead, The Charge Ministries is committed to expanding its evangelistic work across Wales and internationally. Key objectives for 2025 include: 

- Increasing street outreach efforts to reach more cities across Wales and the UK. 

- Expanding international mission work, focusing on Italy, Europe, Africa, and Asia. 



• Developing church training programs to further equip local churches in evangelism. 

- Strengthening prison ministry partnerships to disciple and support more inmates. 

- Enhancing homeless outreach efforts, connecting more individuals with Christian 

rehabilitation programs. 

• Organizing larger staged crusade events to reach an even greater number of people with the Gospel. 

Conclusion 

The Charge Ministries remains steadfast in its mission to promote the Gospel, transform lives, and impact nations—starting with Wales. As we move forward into 2025, we remain committed to expanding our reach, equipping churches, and serving those most in need.
