## **Chairs Report**
The ongoing situation with regards to Covid 19 means that yet again, plans for Coffin Club Derby were put on hold.
The Covid 19 Pandemic doesn’t just affect the sessions due to the need to keep attendees safe, but the pressure on our Trustees day to day life.
It was agreed that a fundraising session would be arranged. Again due to the pandemic this was delayed but will take place in November 2022 and full details will be in the next report.
I continue to be featured on local radio, discussing Coffin Club Derby.
We are currently using the Coffin Club UK website as our landing page, but there are issues in updating this. It is understood that there will be improvements to this to make the affiliates area much more user friendly and at this time the expense of our own website is not viable.
The Trustees continued to meet on a quarterly basis but given that attendees to the club include those who are terminally ill we have to consider this. A virtual event was considered but so
much of the Coffin Club Derby appeal is to do with company and support it was not felt that this would offer the required support.
Charity status has been invaluable when talking to people about Coffin Club Derby and is a valuable tool when applying for grants but we do need to utilise this more.
## **Treasurers report**
As per the requirement of the Charity Commission a bank account has been set up with Starling Bank Account. This is a business bank account but there are no fees. This was created on 14[th] January 2022. There was no income prior to this.
There have been no outgoings or income during this period. It was agreed that all Trustees will actively look for grants to apply for in the next financial year, to ensure that the actual events can be free. Donations will be requested.
Due to the lack of finance there is little to report from the last year.
