The new Abel Alarm system is now fully functfjonal. If we have an alarm thev

I had to purchase spare bulbs for the sts8e lighting projertors. £240 for slx I
However the problem is they We￿ very hard to locate as they a￿ now
obsolete.
Following complalnts about unreliability.I have fitted another amplffier to our
P A System which I found in one of our many cupboard5. It is very old but
simpler to use than the rldlculous modern systems which have lots of apps you
don't need.
Insurance. I was about to renew our insurance for the year when I noticed, in
the small print, that the underwriters do free , desk top, valuations. This valued
our buildin8s at £2.5m compared with the 2012 valuation of £1.5m. This is a
get out they use, after a blg claim, to say we were 60% underlnsured. The
policy was rfrwritten at the hlgher value and the premium Is now £2960
(£2129)
uture.
The accounts show our Charlty IS trading reasonabty profitsbly this year. Our
Bank balance is currently standing at £85k so there is room for donations rf
required.
I hope you will approve our annual donation to the successful Prestbury Youth
Pantomime. This payment is for the hire of dry space for their costume storage
they need after the dosure of Ford House. This brought our totsl Charity
donation5 towards the youth of our village prior to Covid to £53,000 Including
£7k towards the PPC playground and £22k to C of E primary schools. During
Covld we got £28k support from Cheshire East which paid for all our ancient
roots to be re-slated. Post Covid we Still support the Panto group and have
donated £IOk to the School for phonlcs learning which I gather is going well.
Our energy costs are down slightly due to the milder wlnter and the new
radlant heaters in the Club Room have been welcomed at very little electricity
usage.
Mlnor items Boilers serviced, PAT testing done, Hall and Club floors to be
arnished In August, weed5 sprayed 3 times but still grow, ON Ilne banking
drama, still not got Jim fvlly approved, playlng fields not mowed for some
reason
