In this period. Side by Slde have been successfrjl in securing several personal donation8.
Rehear8aLs have continued with a reasonable turnover of members whilst keeping some
core members ofthe choir in place.

atgainingfunding have been challenwngand tumoverof mernbers has meantwe have had
few chances to engage in fundraising activities. However. the board of trustees stillfeel
that Side byside is a going concem 8tthis stsge, duetothe change ofvenue and the
growth of membership wtthin this financialyear, v4hich will lead to an increased number of
perfomances and engag8ment otthe local community.

trustees is on-going. Side by Side hold a Constitution asthe Goveming Documentand is

application p8riod for all to apply and then select an applicant based on s￿IL experience
and passion. In instances where a trust8e is to be appointed. the trustees at that time take
a vote based on the inform8tion held at that tirne.
