Activities - How the charity spends its money
The charity continues to support men who have had or are living with a diagnosis of prostate cancer and use exercise as a means of assisting them through their journey. We strongly believe that raising fitness levels helps combat and delay the progress of the disease and helps individuals cope with the physical, emotional and mental challenges brought about by prostate cancer. The exercise used is mainly cycling, both on and off-road but occasionally walking as the means of improving physical fitness and providing support leading to greater peace of mind through the sharing of experiences of prostate cancer with fellow sufferers.
