Having satisfied mys8lf that the accounts of the Company are not required to be audiled for this year under Parl 16 of the 2006 Acl and are eliglble for independenl examination, I report in respect of my examination of your chaTily's accounts as carried out under seclion 145 of the Gharilies Act 2011 I'the 2011 Acl'l. In carrying out my examination, I have followed the Directions given by the Charity Commission {under section 145{5llb) of lh8 2011 Act.
